Today we share another easy and healthy recipe to make at home and incorporate into our healthy diet: a cream of zucchini with mint aroma. As always, it is a natural, lactose free, gluten free and sugar-free recipe and we recommend to prepare it with premium organic ingredients to ensure its therapeutic properties.

Properties of zucchini: Zucchini is a healthy vegetable. For its high water content is really diuretic (ie helps eliminate accumulated fluids in our body) and has almost no calories. Moreover, zucchini has lots of vitamin C and much folic acid, necessary for cell division, the formation of our DNA and protein absorption by the body.
Properties of mint: Mint, besides its strong aromatic power, acts as refreshing and decongestant while facilitating the digestion of food.
Ingredients for preparing the zucchini cream with mint aroma
(for 4 serving approximately)
The recipe requires about 10 minutes to prepare and cook about 25 minutes but it is very simple to do.
Steps for preparing the cream of zucchini with mint aroma
- Peel onions and cut into regular pieces
- Wash the zucchini and cut into thick slices
- Saute the vegetables with sesame oil, simmer for 15 minutes and cover with water
- Simmer for 10 minutes and remove from heat
- Add the miso and mint to bring the aroma and blend it
- Pass through a fine and serve. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
